But, despite being one of the country’s leading real estate investors, I don’t consider myself to be a “guru” or anything like that, in fact, it's what I consider a four-letter word.
I invest in real estate because I love it.
And I share my methods with my students and mentees because I love that, too. There's nothing more satisfying than showing people the ropes and helping them reach their goals, just like I did and watching them have those light-bulb, "Ah ha!" moments.
Here, there are no smoke and mirrors and no BS .
That's what those so-called gurus are known for.
I mean seriously - Who has time for that? I know I don’t.
And if you’re serious about getting your first Reality Check in five weeks, you don’t have time for it, either.
There's another thing self-proclaimed gurus don’t do:
